By using Credit Card Guru (ccguru.in, "the site"), you agree to these terms.

1. Information only, not financial advice

The site compares credit cards available in India using publicly available information. It is general information and not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation that a particular product suits you. We aren't a bank, card issuer, NBFC or registered financial advisor. Consider your own situation, and if needed, consult a qualified advisor.

2. Accuracy

Card benefits, fees, interest rates, eligibility and offers are set by the issuers and can change at any time, sometimes without notice. We try to keep information current (details last reviewed October 2026), but we don't guarantee that anything on the site is complete, accurate or up to date. Always check the issuer's official terms (MITC / key fact statement) before applying. Calculator results and "value back" figures are estimates based on typical reward rates and ignore caps and exclusions.

3. Applications and referral links

"Apply" buttons take you to the issuer's or its partner's website. Your application, approval, credit limit and card account are entirely between you and the issuer, under their terms. Some links are referral links, and we may earn a reward if you're approved, at no cost to you. This doesn't change the information we show.

4. Third-party websites

We aren't responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites we link to, including banks and card issuers.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, for example by scraping it at scale, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorised access, or submitting false or abusive content through forms.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and tools belong to Credit Card Guru. Bank names, card names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Credit Card Guru isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including decisions about applying for or using any credit card.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
